Mother's Day

It was a beautiful Mother's Day.  The weather was absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed a relaxing day together.  Emily made a special picture frame at preschool and Lincoln made a hand print card at Sunday school.

After church the kids played tag and hide-and-seek in the front yard.

 

  

Later in the afternoon we walked/rode bikes to DQ for ice cream treats.

Then the kids had "races" in the hospital parking lot (see video in May play list).  I think this picture sums up how Lincoln felt about that. ;o)

I am so blessed to be called to be a mom.  Although there are moments I'm ready to scream and tear my hair out, I love our kids dearly and wouldn't want to be doing anything else!
