Labor Day weekend

Labor Day weekend got kind of long this year with the early outs because of heat on Thursday & Friday.  This is what the house looks like after the kids have been home all day.  (Actually, Lincoln can and does do this almost every day.)

Austin was on his 11th straight day working hard on the bathroom remodeling project.  Here's a sneak peak at the progress he has made!

And since Labor Day is the unofficial end of summer, it's time to check in on our summer bucket list.  We accomplished most of the things on the list (many are crossed out in pencil that doesn't show up in the picture).  A couple are scheduled for later this fall.  A few will be moved to next summer's list (like Emily learning to ride a bike without training wheels).  It has been another great summer!
