The first or second week of May is always my favorite week of the year. The grass is as green as it will ever be and is freshly mowed. The tulips & daffodils are blooming. The trees are budding out and flowering. I get to plan & plant flower pots and beds. Another winter is behind us and the full promise of spring/summer is ahead. God is good!

Glad to see another creation lover on line before the sun comes up! I too love the green grass and the trees budding. The farmers are in the fields and the spring livestock is growing. I had some ranuculus (buttercups) soaking and planned to get them in the ground today but it is raining. I may have to be out in my raincoat pushing them in the ground....
My favorite is the smell of fresh cut grass, the warm sun on my face and having picnics outside. God is good!
