SOLD!!

We are ecstatic to announce that we accepted an offer on our house last night! We are pleased with the result and very excited to be able to make plans to move forward. We close on August 14, so that doesn't give us much time. We are looking into the possibility of moving up the closing date on the new house (currently July 31). Moving will probably be more of a gradual process while we do work on the new house with one day for big stuff at the end. It's going to be a crazy next four weeks!
