This morning we struck a deal on house, so we are officially moving to Waverly! It has been quite a whirlwind experience this spring with several doors opening and closing (no pun intended), but we are thrilled with the final outcome. We're not sure of a closing/moving date yet, but it will be before the end of July. There is a little bit of work we'd like to get done in the new house first and some bigger projects in the future (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, basement). The picture above is from the real estate listing. That means our house is officially on the market! If you know anyone who might be interested please let us know. I will post the real estate listing link as soon as it is available.

Congrats Megan. I think the house you are buying is only two blocks from where I live. So if you ever need a babysitter, let me know.

You are going to WAVERLY??? What? I must have missed the blog about not building anymore. I'd love to see pics of the new place, Megan. So sorry that we've lived semi-close for about a year and we've only touched base together once. I'm sad!
