The kids were up late since Grandma was here and Emily wanted to catch fireflies again. This time we went out earlier while it was still light enough to see them flying around even when they weren't glowing. Emily was able to catch lots of them. Lincoln also joined us this time. He needs to work on his technique, though. His main strategy was to hold his net up as high as he could and grunt as loud as he could. All he really caught was this:
He soon ditched the net in favor of sticks and leaves to play with. :o)
